Abstract(in English) | In the case of a large-scale urban disaster, the disaster response headquarters needs various support for the victims. Therefore, we have development Disaster-robust Zero Energy Vehicle (D-ZEV) and D-ZEV mini, aiming at operation in metropolitan areas such as around Shinjuku Station in Tokyo. D-ZEV is two medium-sized vehicles equipped with communication equipment, power equipment, and rescue equipment, and distributes information, supplies power, and provides emergency relief for victims staying at disaster prevention bases in the area. The D-ZEV mini is a power-assisted bicycle equipped with a wireless LAN access point that implements the DTN (Delay Tolerant Networking) function and collects damage information in the area. In this paper, we propose an information sharing method that alternately transmits a certain amount of data for sharing highly damaged data in communication between D-ZEV minis. In addition, to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method, we perform a passing communication experiment between D-ZEV minis. The experimental results confirmed that 11.0MB of data can be shared. In addition, a lot of highly damaged data was shared, and the effectiveness of the proposed method was confirmed. |
