| 抄録(和) | 現用の光ファイバ心線に対して非破壊で後付け可能で柔軟な分岐比が得られる光分岐の実現に向けて，側面研磨法を用いた光ファイバカプラ作製方法を検討する．3次元ビーム伝搬法を用いた数値解析シミュレーションにより，現用通信光の損失を抑制しつつ分岐比を自由に設定可能な光ファイバカプラの設計を行い，設計をもとに作製した光分岐を用いた実験により光分岐作製方法の実現性を確認する． |
| 抄録(英) | In this report, the optical fiber coupler using the side polishing method is examined for the realization of the optical branching in which the flexible branching ratio can be obtained in addition to the existing optical fiber core. By the numerical analysis simulation using the three-dimensional beam propagation method, the optical fiber coupler which can freely set the branching ratio is designed, while the loss of the present communication light is suppressed, and the feasibility is confirmed by the experiment using the optical branching produced on the basis of the design. |
