Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose a segmentation method of cervical intervertebral disks (IDs) in Videofluorography (VF) based on Multi Channelization and CNN. Each frame of VF is a grayscale image. By applying twenty image filters to the frame image, feature images are obtained. Three feature images are selected, and then one color image is generated by setting the three feature images into its RGB channels. Window-based CNN is applied to the color image to extract ID regions. The optimal combination of image filters is determined by use of a simulated annealing method. An experimental result is shown.
