[Invited Talk] Anomalous Nernst effect in ferromagnetic nanostructures

Abstract(in English) The anisotropy in anomalous Nernst effect is observed for a single-crystal $gamma$’-Fe_4N film though no anisotropy in anomalous Hall effect is observed for the film. The anomalous Nernst voltage for the temperature gradient parallel to Fe_4N[110] is almost twice as large as that for Fe_4N[100]. The discovery of this phenomenon is attracting attention though the physical mechanism of this phenomenon is not clarified at present.
