Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Along with the popularization of IoT (Internet-of-Things) technologies, ‘Mieruka’, which means visualization or vision control, in terms of tangible things has been made steady progress. On the other hand, the development of mieruka in terms of intangible things is still ongoing. It is assumed that one of the major disincentives is that information on human behavior has not yet been obtained sufficiently. It is reported that Japanese people spend around 90% of time indoors. In addition, restaurants that we focus on in this book are often occupied by indoor environments. Therefore, it can be said that it is mandatory to develop and utilize IoH (Internet of Humans) technologies, which are applicable indoors, including positioning technologies and human behavior measurement technologies. First, this talk will summarize IoH technologies including indoor positioning and action recognition for service measurement. Next, I will present several case studies on smart work design support with IoH technologies. I will also discuss how to build a consensus when introducing IoH technologies into actual service sites and manufacturing sites.
