Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to support creative problem solving, we aim to develop a support system for creative problem solving during group communication. In this study, we focused on a divergent creative problem solving by group communication. We measured voice activity, subjective ratings, and task performance during a divergent creative problem-solving task in three people, and evaluated their relationships. As a result, the number and the duration of speech showed significant positive correlation with a subjective rating of idea diversity. Therefore, promoting voice activity in group communication would help us to induce the feeling of idea diversity during the divergent phase of creative problem solving.
