A Just-in-time Modeling Approach to Automatic Path Tracking Control for Cars

Abstract(in English) This study proposes a new automatic path tracking control method for cars based on just-im-time modeling. The purpose is that a lot of driving data for various situations are accumulated into a database, and we realize path tracking for unknown roads by using only data in the database. In this study, we construct a database by numerical simulations. From the results of simulations for example roads, it turns out that the proposed new method can make the car track the roads, and hence we can see its effectiveness.
