| Abstract(in English) | In this study, we focus on cognitive reflection of an athlete, and aim to clarify factors that impede communication between a coach and an athlete using a note about extracurricular activities and semi-structured interview by clinical psychologist. As a method, we collected a speech data about an athlete who described in a note about conflict with a coach. Next, we analyzed a speech data by SCAT (Steps for Coding and Theorization), extracted construction concepts, and tried to make it theoretical through ABC theory. As a result, against defeat of the game (A), the beliefas variables of “The stress of a prestigious school”, “confidence of selfplay”, “distrust of instructions”, “the pessimism of defeat”, “the responsibility as a team”(B), resulting in the deterioration of relationship between a coach and an athlete (C). |
