| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, some of the challenges for the solution of the regional problem by the utilization of image technology and information communication technology are introduced. The utility of digitization is to lower the time or space barrier, and the digital image technology is effective in that it can acquire the image from the remote place non-invasively. In addition to performance enhancement and function enhancement of digital information equipments, cost reduction has advanced and various IoT equipments can be obtained, and various functions can be realized and spread cheaply by the utilization of digital images. Image technology is considered to be a very effective technical element for local administrative organizations with problems such as aging and depopulation. |
