Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Uplink interference from unknown emitters to the geostationary satellites is a severe problem. One approach to find the locations of the unknown emitter, is the geolocation method using Time difference of Arrival (TDOA) between three satellites with three ground monitoring receivers. However, in many situations, there are only two ground monitoring receivers are available. This paper considers asynchronous TDOA geolocation of an unknown moving emitter using three geostationary satellites but only two ground monitoring receivers. Our method switch the direction of two antennas to monitor each set of satellites, and measure asynchronous TDOAs. Then, we propose a tracking filter, which process the asynchronous TDOA measurements, and show the superiority over the conventional under asynchronous and incomplete measurements.
