Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper is an introduction to "Visual Languages for Modeling Business Models: A Critical Review and Future Research Directions". In this paper, the following is stated. Many visual languages have been proposed to express business models. These languages are aimed at understanding, communication, and business model innovation. The contents are separated because they were developed independently in the fields of accounting, computer science, information systems, and corporate strategy, and the approaches differ greatly. We will conduct a systematic and cross-disciplinary review of this new field and propose a pragmatic, semantic and syntactic basis. Furthermore, we discuss issues for future research.
