Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to realize effective network operation and management, it is expected to utilize emerging AI technologies. In this paper, some results of PoC (Proof of Concept) are described. One is the “traffic anomaly detection system” that detects the unusual traffic behavior quickly, and the other is the “Q&A recommendation system for network support center” that recommends proper answer to user’s question. Verifications results and extracted issues obtained through PoC, and future directions are described.
