Abstract(in English) | Recent fire department records and manages various data of firefighting and Emergency dispatch. However,techniques are required to analyze this data. Therefore, in our research, we used the data of Kobe City Fire Department to develop a system Ambulance Dispatch Reviewer(ADR) to visualize the past dispatch situation of ambulances on a map. However, in this system, there was a problem that it was difficult to grasp when was good to confirm the situation. Therefore, we proposed and developed the system Ambulance Service Reviewer(ASR), which displays the results as a graph, comparing the time of dispatch and the number of dispatched units for each minute or day thorouout the month or the year. With this system, it became possible to grasp when there were many dispatches and when it was a characteristic day, and it became possible to confirm the situation on that date by ADR. |
