Abstract(in English) Higher and large-capacity optical communication equipment is required in the data center due to data traffic concentration for cloud system. In order to increase the transmission capacity, the baud rate, number of multi-level and wavelength multiplexing are increasing. The intensity modulation / direct detection (IMDD) method which can easily construct the system is used in the short reach applications. For 2 km reach system, 100Gb/s is realized by 25 Gbaud × NRZ × 4-wavelengths multiplexing and one of the most promising 400 Gb/s is realized by 53 Gbaud × PAM4 × 4-wavelength multiplexing. With the beyond 1 Tb/s scheme, it is necessary to realize complication assembly due to increase the number of wavelength with low cost in addition to realization of a high baud rate of 100 Gbaud. In this presentation, we discuss the technologies that should be.
