| Abstract(in English) | Safety confirmation at the time of disaster is very important in Japan known as a large earthquake country. Several server-centric services are currently provided to register and search safety confirmation information at the time of disaster on the Internet. However，in order to prepare for a situation where many users use services simultaneously，distributed information services are needed to avoid overload of servers and congestion of the Internet. In this paper，we propose a safety confirmation service based on information centric networking at the time of disaster. In addition，in order to verify the proposed method，construction of simulation scenario is described. |
