Abstract(in English) | In 2018, we were affected by Osaka Northern Earthquake in June, Great West Japan Rainfall in July and Hokkaido Eastern-Iburi Earthquake in September. For rainfall or typhoon disaster, we can utilize “lead-time” by understanding precursory phenomenon. However, for earthquake disaster, it is important for us to proceed effective response. To do it, it was known that common operational picture is essential for effective response, however, we have no way to reproduce actual situation of past disaster from the view point of social science. Against this issue, we tried to analyze and reproduce actual situation by spatiotemporally mashup on cloud-based GIS platform in the case of 2018 Osaka Northern Earthquake. Through this research, we implemented it utilizing the functions of Story-Map, Time-Slider, Operations Dashboard and Insights. Finally, we found out some knowledge relating to tendency of emergency call to fire department at 2018 Osaka Northern Earthquake. |
