| Abstract(in English) | The LC-matching circuits are widely applied to RF circuits such as the power amplifiers (PA), low noise amplifiers (LNA) and mixers. In this paper, new design methodology of LC-matching circuits. By defining intermediate terminal resistors RM properly, the matching circuits are divided in L-type matching circuits which include L and C of not only positive value but also negative value. It will be demonstrated that circuit element values of any matching circuits are synthesized from circuit element values of the L-type matching circuits. |
