Abstract(in English) In this research, data are assumed to be divided in clusters based on a part of the continuous explanatory variables, and have a regression model of remaining explanatory variables in each cluster. Introducing probabilistic structure, we derive the optimal prediction under Bayes criteria, and propose an algorithm which calculates the approximation of this prediction. Moreover, using synthetic data, some experiments are conducted to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
