Abstract(in English) | Recently, there are many work efficiency efforts such as automation of business processes in various industry. In a similar way, telecom carriers go ahead with the automation of network operation. Automation of fulfillment, such as developing network services, is more progressive than that of assurance such as responding to network failure. Currently, network operators develop tools for automation of assurance process partially on one’s own accord and chooses ones of them to handle network failure such as device faults. The work efficiency is required further, considering the workforce decline in the future. Following this situation, this article focus on further automation of assurance process, by developing technologies to orchestrate existing automation tools. In this article, the problems and the requirements for expansion in the range of automation is discussed, after discussing current network assurance automation in the real world. After that technology that satisfies those requirements combining our orchestrator and OSS is proposed and evaluated. A reusable operation flows is defined in order to facilitate adding and modifying the operation flows of assurance, and achieved significant improvement in the processing performance. |
