Pilot Subcarriers in Orthogonal Precoded OFDM

Abstract(in English) Orthogonal precoded orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) is a OFDM scheme with an invertible precoding. As previously reported, slight redundancy on data transmission enables orthogonal precoding to efficiently suppress high out-of-band emission (OOBE) of traditional OFDM signals. Meanwhile, precoding generally affects modulating symbols on all subcarriers and thus prevents classical channel estimation schemes based on pilot subcarriers. This study investigate a novel scheme to transmit pilot subcarriers for channel estimation without influence of precoding in orhogonal precoded OFDM system.
