Measuring Productivity by Warehouse Work Probe System

Abstract(in English) This paper describes measuring productivity by warehouse work probe system. First, 30 work data are probed. Second, Estimation results show most of work element errors are approximately 2%. It is shown that performance of measuring work elements is high. Third, performance comparisons between existing productivity measuring schemes and a new scheme using the work probe system have been done. Ranking and productivity clustering are evaluated. Results show that accuracy of the new scheme is higher. Therefore, the new scheme is useful for operations improvement.
