Abstract(in English) Telecommunications carriers are engaged in service maintenance to provide high quality services. There are researches to clarify the quality to be maintained by measuring / estimating the user experience quality (QoE), network quality (QoS) and other indicators from the service status. However, since users generally use multiple applications simultaneously, it is difficult to provide QoE / QoS required by users if they do not understand not only individual service status but also user status. In this paper, we propose and evaluate a method of creating a service quality control model that expresses the relationship between the QoS / QoE of multiple applications that are the user's state and the controllable parameters by telecommunications carriers.
