Anisotropic conductivity measurement of plate laminated waveguides by two kinds of multimode rectangular resonators in millimeter wave band

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we present anisotropic conductivity measurement of plate laminated waveguides by two kinds of multimode rectangular resonators in millimeter wave band. The plate laminated waveguides are fabricated by diffusion bonding etched thin metal plates. Anisotropic conductivity is measured by two multimode rectangular resonators whose polarization is vertical or horizontal to lamination direction. Transmission characteristics of the resonators are measured and the conductivity is calculated by the measured resonant frequencies and unloaded quality factors. As an example, E-band rectangular resonators are fabricated by aluminum alloy (A6063) and its conductivity is evaluated.
