Abstract(in English) An ultra broadband MMIC phase shifter has been developed. The phase shifter based on series all-pass networks and more series inductors loaded to the capacitors which composed APF. The series inductors adjusts frequency response of phase shifter. For principle inspection, the 45deg. unit bit phase shifter MMIC is fabricated. The measured phase shift was 43.4deg+/-5.2deg. in 2-14.8GHz band.
