| Abstract(in English) | The characteristic between the plate, grid voltage and plate current is measured at low plate voltage lower than 20V, for the vacuum tube 6AS5. The obtained data are fitted to several models which are proposed so far, using the non-linear least-square method, and the parameters of models are estimated. Using the Koren model, which is simple model and fitted well, the Ep-Ip characteristic is plotted using the estimated parameters, and compared to the measured data. Moreover, SPICE model is created using this model and parameters. |
