Abstract(in English) Plasmonic waveguide has been recently expected to reduce the size of optical integrated circuit. In this paper, we design and analyze a plasmonic waveguide of Metal-Insulator-Metal structure with long-wavelength pass filter characteristics. We designed equal-ripple 3.0dB, equal-ripple 0.5dB, and maximally flat filter, and showed in the maximally flat filter that characteristics of a fifth-order filter was improved compared to that of a third-order one.
