Abstract(in English) Stateful and real-time IoT services, such as Cyber Physical Sysmte (CPS), has recently caught much attention because they are expected to contribute to achieve smarter society. MEC (Mobile/Multi-access Edge Computing) is one of a basic enabler for those services. But mobility devices cannot enjoy the MEC efficacy of low-latency because geographical cover area of a single MEC is limited. In this paper, we posit that one of the most significant challenges for realizing real-time applications utilizing MEC is to enable dealing with stateful application, especially controlling the location of data and data directory, which manages the location of data, is to enable stateful and low-latency IoT services. Our contributions are four-fold. First, we define the architecture of consistent and low-latency distributed data store. Second, we propose an implementation of in-network directory cache. Third, we propose novel algorithm which decides data location to achieve low-latency data access. Finally, we define a generic metrics to evaluate the efficacy of edge. Our evaluation result shows that the proposed method enables consistent and low-latency data access even when mobility devices moves among edge covering areas.
