Dual-Ascent Inspired Iterative Transmit Precoding Approaches for Spatial Modulation in Multiple Access MIMO Systems

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose novel dual-ascent inspired iterative transmit precoding (TPC) approaches for spatial modulation in the context of multiple-access multiple-input multipleoutput (MIMO) systems. To find a global optimum against the maximum minimum Euclidean distance (MMD) problem, as well as to arrive at a fast convergence rate with a low-complexity, we first investigate theconventional dual-ascent method, which provides us an insight into developing a new dual-ascent method. In addition, the proposed dual-ascent method incorporating TPC technique is capable of solving the intractable MMD problem in an efficient manner. Simulation results show that our proposal methods can afford a significant bit error rate (BER) performance improvement comparing with the existingimplementation methods, and also facilitate a fast convergence rate with low-complexity.
