Abstract(in English) Many gaze behavior analyses have been conducted in order to clarify the programmers’ cognitive processes. However, there are few studies that consider the importance of each component in source codes for gaze behavior analysis. One of the possible reasons is that it is difficult to quantify such importance. In this study, we regard “attention” in attention models (e.g., code2vec) as the importance of the components, and attempt to compare the quantified importance with gaze behavior of programmers. In this report, we will introduce the idea of our gaze behavior analysis as well as experiments.
