Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) APTs(Advanced Persistent Threats), which are a type of cyber-attack, are a major threat to information systems because they are targeted at individuals or organizations and performed using advanced technology. Human attackers send malware to a target using a clever technique and communicate with malware via C&C server to attack a target. A scenario is considered in which APT is automated such that malware autonomously determines and executes actions without communicating instructions from human attackers, by incorporating AI into malware. It is possible to generate cyber attack plan automatically by modeling APT based on POMDP. Therefore, it is necessary to consider effective countermeasure against automated attacks.
