Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To find out the bottleneck in the college library, it is necessary to estimate users' trajectory when searching books and articles. Although many localization schemes with the received signal strength of BLE beacons have been proposed, their accuracy is generally not enough to visualize users' trajectory. In this paper, we propose an approximation scheme for better visualization of trajectory mapping with BLE beacons in librariesThe proposed scheme replaces estimated coordinates to the nearest reasonable coordinate to improve the quality of the visualization. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is confirmed through an experiment in our college library.
