Abstract(in English) Real-time prediction of spatial information has attracted a lot of attention.However, due to the strict limitation of bandwidth capacity in mobile networks, data needed for prediction could not be collected within the required time, which results in the deterioration of prediction accuracy.Therefore, this article proposes a scheme that enables modeling the utility function for real-time prediction of spatial information.In the scheme, a machine learning model is created from time-series data, and the utility function is modeled using the feature selection method in the learning model.Considering road traffic prediction as a scenario of special information prediction, we show the utility function modeled by the proposed scheme using real spatial datasets.A numerical study demonstrates that scheduling using the model works to improve prediction accuracy under the limitation of bandwidth capacity.
