Abstract(in English) | Copyright infringement such as illegal copying and uploading video contents frequently happen in manyvideo distribution services. Video watermarking is known as one of the solutions for this problem. In this paper, we propose a new method of video watermarking using persistent homology. Persistent homology is an applicationdomain of homology which is one of a field of algebra. It focuses on the condition of circles which are extractedfrom figures. We characterize existence of circles from video frames, and embed data to manipulate the birth-timeand death-time of the circles in consecutive frames. We show that the proposed method can defend embedded dataagainst various attacks to examine decoding rate and PSNR. Furthermore, we propose the improved method byconsidering experimental results and show the usefulness of that. |
