Abstract(in English) | As measures to reduce the birthrate, which is a pressing issue in Japan, a plan to provide free education for early childhood education and childcare is planned from October 2019. Therefore, the demand for childcare may be expanded. However, the supply and demand of nursery teacher is tight and it can not be secured. Therefore, we can not offer childcare to demand, and we are worried that the granting measures will not function sufficiently. We designed a business model based on design thinking to improve the management of the nursery and to improve the salary of the nursery. Furthermore, we have designed a child care facility operation support system to realize this. In order to improve operations, the nursery teacher builds an information system on its own and in cooperation with other nurses. This was implemented using a fast system (kintone) and Raspberry Pi, which is an IoT device available at low cost. We developed a kindergarten's admission control, and several other applications and started demonstration experiments. In this report, we will discuss this process, the issues that have become apparent, and the policy of future empirical research. |
