Abstract(in English) In recent years, mobile traffic has increased dramatically therefore expectations for wireless communication systems in millimeter-wave band are rising because of its large capacity. When there are many wireless communication systems in the future, it is necessary to evaluate unwanted emission and spectrum mask of their wireless terminals to ensure stable communication link. This paper shows a construction of measurement system to evaluate spurious over the air in 140 to 315 GHz millimeter-wave band and the result of examining its validity.
