Abstract(in English) | User attribute estimation based on behaviors is an important task in marketing. Previous works have tried to estimate attributes of an user based on multiple behavior of that user. By contrast, in this study, we assume that several TV viewing behaviors that collected from one device are derived by different users, and tackle the problem of estimating different attributes of each behaviors. We proposed the method combining multi-task learning and sequential labeling to predict multiple attributes simultaneously. In user attribute estimation experiments using real-world data, the proposed method significantly improved micro/macro-F1 values. |
