Abstract(in English) | In this research, we proposed a method of creating a flowchart that is useful for application to chat bots by using information extraction. In the proposed method, sentences extracted from dialogue data are clustered, a table that arranges information is automatically created, and a flowchart is manually created from the manually corrected table. When the performance of the automatically created table was examined, the F measures were 0.5 to 0.7. We compared the working time between the case when a flowchart is created manually from the dialogue data, and the case when an automatically created table is manually modified and a flowchart is manually created from the modified table It is more manual job to create the flowchart directly from dialogue data. The time was short. It took less time to manually create a flowchart directly from dialogue data. We will try to improve our method in the future. e also tried to create a flowchart automatically from a manually corrected table. |
