Propose an approach to defend against the attack for smart speaker

Abstract(in English) Smart speakers have become widespread as voice operation interface. Users can operate the various function such as home devices control, buying and music playback by smart speakers. However, smart speakers have security risk that attacker can operate the home devices by smart speakers. In this paper, we propose a method to detect an audio adversarial example. Audio adversarial example is the attack by making the speech recognition system misidentify. We show that our method can detect the audio adversarial example with 70% detection ratio and 10% false detection ratio.
