Abstract(in English) | This paper reviews recent power-over-fiber technologies for optically powered remote antenna units in radio-over-fiber systems. In simultaneous radio- and power-over-fiber transmission, it is important to increase available optical transmission power and suppress the crosstalk between the feed light and radio-over-fiber signals in transmission lines. We introduce our works about power-over-fiber technologies for radio-over-fiber systems using double-clad fibers. |
