Abstract(in English) We have studied non-destructive inspection using scanning ultrasonic source technique by scanning irradiation of high-intensity aerial ultrasonic wave. In a proposed method, by using strong non-linearity of high-intensity aerial ultrasonic wave, non-destructive inspection can be conducted simultaneously by multiple high frequencies. In this measurement method, it is expected to realize high-speed measurement because the recieved position can be fixed by using a reciprocity of the acoustic field which is one of the advantages of the elastic wave source scanning method. In this report, in the scanning ultrasonic source technique using high-intensity aerial ultrasonic wave, We investigated the reciprocity of the acoustic field of a guided wave generated by the sound wave irradiation of the fundamental wave and the second and third harmonics included in a nonlinear sound wave.
