Abstract(in English) Physical contact and electrical connection usually begin simultaneously and lead to stable contact at electrical contacts. But the phenomenon occurring in the initial connection is not known. In this research, we investigate the change that occurs at the initial contact by using extremely light load contacts. It was found that it stabilized also in the region where the yield metal of the contact metal did not reach, which was dependent on the ambient temperature.
