Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | At the time of a large-scale urban disaster, it is necessary to collect and distribute disaster-related information from the disaster response headquarters to general users and users engaged in disaster prevention. However, damage to base stations and power outages make it difficult to collect and distribute disaster-related information if events that prevent the use of communication infrastructure or are restricted occur. Therefore, we are developing a Disaster-robust Zero Energy Vehicle(D-ZEV) and a D-ZEV mini, aiming for operation in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, Tokyo. D-ZEV mini is equipped with a wireless LAN access point equipped with a DTN function as a communication system, and collects and distributes disaster related information to users. Considering operation in a real environment, D-ZEV mini needs to consider in advance the route to travel. In this report, we extract requirements when D-ZEV mini travels, and propose a route that can satisfy these as a travel model. Furthermore, we simulate the Nishi-Shinjuku area of Tokyo, which is used at the time of actual disaster, and evaluate the effectiveness. As an evaluation index, we measure the average data arrival rate, the average propagation time, and the average number of hops of the data sent from the sender to the receiver. We also compare the proposed moving model with the passing model as a comparison target. From the simulation results, it was possible to effectively distribute information by using mobile models according to the available number of D-ZEV mini, and the effectiveness was confirmed. |
