Abstract(in English) Japan Patent Office made a survey of technology trends in the field of battery charging/discharging technology in terms of patent applications. In this survey, we analyzed about patent documents and journal articles. We classified them from various perspectives on the basis of technological contents of them. We report on the result of the survey.
