Proposal of beam-forming method in FDD systems for WPT terminal stations

Abstract(in English) The band adjacent to the frequency (5.7 GHz) used in space transmission wireless power transmission(WPT) is allocated to WLAN and DSRC. If radio waves are transmitted under this condition, telecommunicationsbetween other system terminals can be hindered. The purpose of this method is to avoid interference between othersystem terminals by controlling the directivity of the antenna so as not to emit radio waves toward ones. Althoughthe channel state information of other system terminal signal is needed to perform directivity control, the proposedconfiguration has the advantage that it can be estimated just by the power transmission equipment. As an initialstudy, it was assumed that there were 2 other system terminals, and channel state information estimation performancewas evaluated by simulation using computer and experimental measurement data. As a result, the mean square errorof the estimated value is less than $-$20 dB, and it is clear that it can be estimated with sufficient accuracy.
