Abstract(in English) | The use of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is expanding, and Vehicle-to-Vehicle communication and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure communication attracts attention. However, when Vehicle-to-Infrastructure communication becomes unusable due to a disaster, It becomes difficult to share congestion information etc. with vehicles in sparse areas and vehicles in distant places. Therefore, we consider using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) for ITS at the time of disaster. Since both the UAV and the vehicle are moving at high speed, it is difficult to maintain communication, so there is a problem that the vehicle cannot receive completely data. In addition, when using an inappropriate modulation scheme, there is also the problem that the number of vehicles that can receive data decreases due to changes in the communicable range and throughput. Therefore, we propose a method to increase the number of vehicles that received all data in a fixed time by changing the flight speed and modulation scheme of UAV according to the data size held by UAV. In this paper, we derive the maximum relative velocity in each data size held by the UAV and the modulation method that maximizes the communicable range, and compare the number of vehicles that received all the data with various methods to validate effectiveness of the proposed method. |
