K(I)Sch-CBPKC Based on Message-Dependent Transformation

Abstract(in English) In this paper we present a message-dependent transformation scheme, K(I)Scheme. Based on K(I)Scheme, we present a new class of CBPKC(Code Based PKC), K(I)Sch-CBPKC. We show that K(I)Sch-CBPKC would be secure against the various attacks such as LLL attack. BesidesK(I)Sch-CBPKC is free from SID attack, because it attains the coding rate of exactly 1.0.
