Abstract(in English) | For rapid deployment of the beef cattle calving detection system by video, it is verified whether the system with crowdsourcing can suppress many false alarms while avoiding false negatives at the early operation. The system with crowdsourcing detects the sign of calving with pattern recognition algorithm and the outputs of the pattern recognition system is verified by crowd workers at run time. In a simulation experiment that assumes the early operation of the system, the two condition were evaluated when determination of notifications: (1) output of pattern recognition system is validated by crowd workers (2) only output of pattern recognition system is used, and then the number of false alarms was measured for each case. As the experimental result, the number of false alarms in three calving scenes (total 18 hours) was reduced from 199 to 44 with the validation by crowd workers. |
