Abstract(in English) Recently, full Poincar? beams with all polarization states in the beam cross section have been proposed and attracting attention of scientists. In this work, in order to expand the application of the full Poincar? beam, we propose an on-chip full Poincar? beam generator and numerically demonstrate its operation. Our device based on a ring-cavity with double diffraction gratings, which emits two kinds of twisted beams, and a full Poincar? beam is synthesized as a superposition of the two kinds of beams.
