| Abstract(in English) | A new pioneering business penetrates the society as time passes, and becomes familiar. However, when launching a new pioneering business, it is rare that the services needed in the future can all be clearly defined. In this paper, we focus on the service business launched 10 years ago. This service is provided by the web system. Therefore, we investigate the development history of the system from the state where this service itself is not recognized to the present recognized by society, and clarify the relationship between expansion of social needs and system expansion. |
