Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) According to the growing of information and communication technology (ICT), various kinds of things are connected to the Internet and cotrolled remotely in these days. Using networks for control, it is expected that we can control something at low cost and efficiently. On the other hand, some networks for control are public and open. Therefore, there is a possibility of being subjected to a cyberattack. Especially recent years, the number of cyberattacks is growing with critical infrastructure such as a nuclear power plant. There is a need for a system that can be operated while suppressing the influence even when the system is attacked. Therefore, the authors have proposed a system of control while suppressing the influence of tampering. This system has redundant forward network paths to detect whether the system is under attack by majority vote. However, there is a trade-off relationship between the increment of traffic and the accuracy of tamper detection. Thus, in this report, we propose a dynamic redundancy switching method of network paths. This method has some forward paths and switches the number of paths for tamper detection dynamically. Simulations confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.
